We handle all session booking, calendar management, and client reminders.
You set your own session prices and we take care of everything else — collecting client payments, processing transactions, and paying you directly on a regular schedule. Our platform commission, payout timing, and how we handle refunds or disputes are all covered in the Commission & Payout Terms you'll receive on approval.
Pre- and post-session client contact is managed through our platform. Practitioners must not move client communication off-platform unless Celestial House expressly allows it.
We provide the technical infrastructure for live sessions, reports, and recordings where applicable.
Our practitioner standards, data handling rules, recording rules, brand policy, cancellation rules and client agreements are in place to protect clients, practitioners and the integrity of the Celestial House platform.

All approved practitioners must sign the Celestial House Master Practitioner Agreement and accept the Practitioner Code of Conduct, Data Handling and Confidentiality Rules, Recording and Transcription Rules, Brand and Claims Policy, Cancellation, Refund and No-Show Rules, and Commission and Payout Terms before going live.
Practitioners must not be publicly visible, bookable, able to access client data, or able to receive paid bookings until all onboarding steps are complete and Celestial House has manually activated their account.
