The Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of the terms that apply when you purchase a paid digital report, book a live reading, buy a subscription, request a reschedule, miss a session, request a refund, experience a technical issue, make a duplicate purchase, or contact us about a failed or delayed service.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and product-specific checkout terms, the checkout terms apply to that specific purchase.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy, the Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to refund, cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, duplicate purchase, failed delivery, technical failure and related remedy issues.

Nothing in these Terms, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, or any checkout notice affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not use the Site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations, is fraudulent or harmful, or interferes with the Site's availability or functionality.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site if we believe you are in breach of these Terms.
We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict access for operational or business reasons.
Our services
Celestial House provides astrology-based content including free natal chart samples, paid digital reports, live astrology readings, compatibility readings, and subscription content.
Our services are provided for personal reflection, entertainment and self-exploration. They are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind. Please read our Disclaimer for full details of the nature and limitations of our services.
We reserve the right to modify, withdraw or introduce services at any time.
Free natal chart sample
We offer a free natal chart sample as a lead magnet. To receive your free sample, you must provide your birth date, birth place and email address. Providing your birth time is optional but may improve the accuracy of certain chart features.
By requesting a free sample, you agree to receive the sample and related communications from Celestial House. You may unsubscribe at any time.
The free natal chart sample is an introductory overview. It does not constitute a full paid reading. We will not send a free sample until we have received your details.
We do not guarantee when the free sample will be delivered. Delivery is subject to our operational capacity and is not instantaneous.
Placing an order
When you purchase a product or service, you will be asked to confirm your order at checkout. Your order is not confirmed until we send you a confirmation email or confirmation screen.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if we detect fraud, duplicate orders, incorrect pricing, or if a product is unavailable.
You are responsible for providing accurate information at checkout, including your birth details, email address and payment details.
Payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Prices may change at any time but changes will not affect confirmed orders.
Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your payment card details.
If a payment fails, your order will not be confirmed and no product will be delivered.
Paid digital reports
Paid digital reports are personalised astrology readings generated from the birth details you provide. They are delivered digitally to the email address you supply.
You are responsible for providing accurate birth details. We are not required to provide a refund solely because you provided incorrect, incomplete or approximate information.
Paid digital reports are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, resell, publish or distribute them without our written consent.
Because paid digital reports are personalised content, please read Section 11 (Digital content cancellation consent) and our Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing.
Live astrology readings
Live readings are conducted by practitioners affiliated with or engaged by Celestial House. Practitioners provide astrological interpretation for reflection and entertainment only. They are not qualified to provide regulated professional advice.
Live readings are subject to practitioner availability. We will take reasonable steps to provide a reading at the booked time, but we cannot guarantee availability in all circumstances.
You must be 18 or over to book a live reading. By booking, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Live reading attendance, lateness, no-shows and rescheduling are governed by Sections 13 and 14 of these Terms and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Your conduct during live readings
During any live reading, you must treat the practitioner with respect and courtesy. You must not behave abusively, make threatening, discriminatory or offensive remarks, or use the session to seek advice that falls outside the scope of astrology services.
You must not attempt to use live readings to obtain advice on medical, psychiatric, legal, financial, safeguarding or crisis matters.
We reserve the right to end a session and refuse a refund if you breach these conduct requirements, subject to your statutory rights.
Digital content cancellation consent
Paid digital reports and personalised digital readings are personalised digital content.
Before purchasing a paid digital report or other personalised digital content, you may be asked to confirm that you want Celestial House to begin creating and delivering the content immediately.
You may also be asked to acknowledge that you may lose certain cancellation rights once the personalised digital content has been supplied or once supply has begun.
At checkout, Celestial House may require separate confirmations such as:
- "I agree that Celestial House may begin creating and delivering my personalised digital report immediately."
- "I understand that because this is personalised digital content, I may lose my cancellation right once the digital content has been supplied or supply has begun."
- "I understand that this does not affect my statutory rights if the digital content is faulty, not as described, not delivered, or not supplied with reasonable care."
If you do not give the required digital content consent, Celestial House may be unable to begin generating or delivering the paid digital report immediately.
Celestial House may keep records of your acceptance of these confirmations, including timestamp, policy version, checkout wording, IP address, user agent, email address, account ID, purchase ID or other transaction details.
Subscriptions
If Celestial House offers subscription products, the specific terms for each subscription will be shown at checkout. Those terms form part of these Terms.
Subscriptions will renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancellation, refund and access rules are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy and at checkout.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of a subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Live reading attendance, lateness and no-shows
You are responsible for attending your live reading at the scheduled time.
If you are late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled end time.
If you do not attend, or if you are too late for the session to proceed meaningfully, this may be treated as a no-show.
Unless our Refund & Cancellation Policy states otherwise, no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.
If a practitioner is late, unavailable or unable to attend, Celestial House will take reasonable steps to offer a reschedule, replacement practitioner, credit or refund, depending on the circumstances.
If a session cannot proceed because of a Celestial House platform issue, we will take reasonable steps to reschedule, restore access, provide an alternative, offer credit or consider a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If a session cannot proceed because of your device, internet connection, availability, incorrect contact details, failure to join, or failure to follow joining instructions, refunds may be refused or reduced, subject to your statutory rights.
If a session is ended because you behave abusively, seek prohibited advice, misuse the service, create safety concerns, or breach these Terms, any refund may be refused or reduced, subject to your statutory rights.
The detailed rules for late attendance, no-shows, practitioner absence, technical failure and rescheduling are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Live reading rescheduling and cancellation
Rescheduling and cancellation rules for live readings are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy and may also be shown at booking.
Unless stated otherwise:
- reschedule requests should be made as early as possible
- late reschedule requests may be refused
- repeated reschedule requests may be restricted
- practitioner cancellations may result in a reschedule, replacement practitioner, credit or refund
- abusive, unsafe or inappropriate behaviour may result in cancellation without refund, subject to your statutory rights
If Celestial House cancels a live reading because of our own issue, platform issue or practitioner unavailability, we will offer a reasonable remedy, such as a reschedule, replacement practitioner, credit or refund.
If you cancel a live reading, your eligibility for a refund, credit or reschedule will depend on the timing of the cancellation and the rules shown in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If we cancel or end a live reading because you breach these Terms, misuse the service, behave abusively, seek prohibited advice, provide false information or create safety concerns, any refund may be refused or reduced, subject to your statutory rights.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, readings and reports, is owned by or licensed to Celestial House and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish or resell any content from the Site or from any report or reading without our prior written consent.
Your personalised report is for your personal use only.
Our liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to the above, Celestial House will not be liable to you for any indirect, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary loss or damage, loss of income, loss of profits, loss of data or business, or any reliance placed on our content, readings, reports or services.
Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any one event or series of connected events will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.
Our readings, reports and services are provided for reflection and entertainment. You accept that no reading is a guaranteed outcome and that you bear responsibility for any decisions you make based on our content.
Refunds, cancellations and consumer rights
Refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, duplicate purchases, mistaken birth data, failed delivery, technical issues, recording or transcription failures, subscription cancellations and practitioner cancellations are governed by these Terms and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms.
You should read the Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing a paid digital report, booking a live reading, buying a subscription, or agreeing to immediate digital delivery.
Paid digital reports
Paid digital reports are personalised digital content generated from the information you provide.
Because paid digital reports are personalised and may begin generating immediately after payment, we may not be able to offer a change-of-mind refund once generation or supply has begun.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital content is faulty, not as described, not delivered, or not supplied with reasonable care.
If a paid digital report cannot be generated or delivered because of a Celestial House issue or third-party provider issue, we will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue, redeliver the report, provide a replacement, offer credit or consider a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Incorrect birth details
You are responsible for providing accurate birth details.
If you submit incorrect, incomplete or approximate birth details, we are not required to provide a refund solely because the reading is based on the information you provided.
At our discretion, we may offer a corrected report, discount, credit or replacement.
Duplicate purchases
If you make a duplicate purchase by mistake, contact us as soon as possible.
We will review the circumstances and may offer a refund, credit, replacement or other remedy where appropriate.
Live readings
Live reading cancellations, late arrivals, no-shows, rescheduling, practitioner cancellations and technical failures are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If you cancel within the permitted cancellation or rescheduling window, you may be eligible for a refund, credit or reschedule.
If you cancel late, fail to attend, join too late, provide incorrect joining details, or cannot attend because of your own technical issue, a refund may be refused or reduced, subject to your statutory rights.
If a practitioner fails to attend, cancels, or is unable to deliver the session, Celestial House will take reasonable steps to offer a reschedule, replacement practitioner, credit or refund.
Technical issues
If a paid report, booking, live reading or related service cannot be delivered because of a Celestial House issue or provider issue, we will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue, redeliver the service, provide an alternative, reschedule where applicable, offer credit or consider a refund.
If the issue is caused by your own device, internet connection, browser, microphone, camera, availability, incorrect email address, incorrect joining details, failure to check spam folders, or failure to follow reasonable instructions, refunds may be refused or reduced, subject to your statutory rights.
Recording, transcription and session-note failures
Where a live reading includes recording, transcription, summaries or session notes, those materials may be created using automated tools, third-party services or human review.
Transcripts and summaries may contain errors or omissions.
Failure of recording, transcription, summarisation or session-note generation does not automatically invalidate the live reading unless the product description specifically states that a recording, transcript or summary is a core paid deliverable.
If recording, transcription or session-note generation was expressly sold as a core paid deliverable and cannot be provided because of a Celestial House issue, we will consider an appropriate remedy under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Subscriptions
If Celestial House offers subscriptions, subscription cancellation, renewal, failed payment, refund and access rules will be shown at subscription checkout and explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Subscription-specific terms shown at checkout apply to that subscription.
Statutory consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms or the Refund & Cancellation Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
You may have legal rights if digital content or services are faulty, not as described, not delivered, or not supplied with reasonable care.

Practitioner Programme
Celestial House may allow astrologers or practitioners to apply to join the Celestial House platform.
Submitting a practitioner application does not guarantee approval.
Celestial House may approve, reject, pause, suspend or remove practitioners at its discretion, subject to any applicable agreement and law.
Approved practitioners must sign or accept the required Practitioner Agreement, Code of Conduct, Data Handling and Confidentiality Rules, Recording and Transcription Rules, Brand and Claims Policy, Cancellation, Refund and No-Show Rules, and Commission and Payout Terms before becoming active.
Practitioners must not be publicly visible, bookable, able to access client data, or able to receive paid bookings until Celestial House has manually activated their account.
Practitioners work with Celestial House as independent practitioners, not employees, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Practitioner payouts, commission, refunds, chargebacks, payment holds and payout timing are governed by the applicable Commission and Payout Terms.
Practitioners must not move client communication, bookings, payments or follow-up activity off-platform unless Celestial House expressly allows it.
Celestial House may review, edit, reject, pause or remove practitioner profiles, bios, claims, links, services or promotional content where necessary to protect clients, the brand, legal compliance or platform standards.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site or services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Nothing in this clause affects your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
