Cookie Policy

Last updated: 19 June 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Celestial House uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website. Please read it alongside our Privacy Policy. You can update your cookie choices at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make sites work, or work more efficiently, and to provide information to the site owner.

Similar technologies — including pixels, local storage, session storage and tags — work in a comparable way and are also covered by this policy. Where we refer to "cookies" below, we mean all of these technologies.

Cookies may be set by the website you are visiting (first-party cookies) or by third parties such as analytics providers, advertising platforms or payment processors (third-party cookies).

Cookie categories

We use — or may use in future — the following categories of cookies:

We do not treat analytics, advertising, retargeting, affiliate or referral tracking as strictly necessary. We will not set cookies in those categories without your consent.

Cookie table

Pre-launch notice: The table below contains placeholder rows based on our expected cookie use. We will audit the deployed site before launch — checking cookies at initial page load, after "Reject all", after "Accept all", and across key journeys including the free sample form, practitioner application form, booking flow and account pages. We will update this table to reflect the actual cookies found before publishing the final version.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is categorised as an analytics / performance cookie. It does not load until you have accepted analytics cookies.

We use Google Consent Mode v2. Before you make a choice, consent signals default to denied:

If you accept analytics cookies, `analytics_storage` is updated to granted and Google Analytics loads. If you reject analytics cookies, Google Analytics does not load and no analytics cookies are set on your device.

If you also accept marketing / advertising cookies, the advertising signals (`ad_storage`, `ad_user_data`, `ad_personalization`) are also updated to granted.

Marketing and advertising

We may add marketing and advertising pixels in future — including Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Ads conversion tags or retargeting pixels. These are not currently active.

When added, they will be categorised as marketing / advertising and will not load unless you have accepted marketing / advertising cookies.

Affiliate and referral tracking

We may add affiliate, partner, practitioner, influencer or referral tracking in future. This is not currently active.

When added, it will be categorised as affiliate / referral and will not load unless you have accepted affiliate / referral cookies.

Where referral attribution can be handled server-side without non-essential device storage, we will document that separately.

Managing your preferences

You can change your cookie preferences at any time:

Changes to this policy

We will update this Cookie Policy when we add new cookies or tracking technologies, and after we have completed the pre-launch cookie audit. We will update the "Last updated" date whenever this policy changes.

We encourage you to review this page periodically, particularly before and after any significant changes to how the site is used.

This Cookie Policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which covers how we collect, use and store personal data more broadly.
